How to enrol
There are two ways you may enrol on a course:
• by cheque
• by secure online payment with your debit or credit card
BEFORE PROCEEDING TO ENROL PLEASE CONTACT ME VIA THE MESSAGE BOX - TELLING ME WHY YOU WOULD LIKE TO DO THE COURSE.
PAYING ONLINE
1. Go to the Course Dates page. Choose the workshop you’d like to attend,then choose a work-shop, then click look or book >
2. Click the Pay Now button and follow the simple instructions.
3. You will receive notification from PayPal that your money has been sent. If you do not receive confirmation,you may have mistyped your email address. Email us if you do not hear from PayPal so we have your correct contact details.
4. After payment has been made, you will receive an email receipt confirming your place.
5. Please read the Terms & Conditions (below).
PAYING BY CHEQUE •
1. Cheques should be made payable to "Karen Whiteson" and sent to :
Flat 7, 52 Chalcot Road, London NW1 8LY.
On receipt of your cheque, you will receive an invoice confirming your place.

NOTICE OF CANCELLATION
The following cancellation policy applies in all cases:
• Notice of cancellation received between course date and 28 days (4 weeks) prior to course date, no refund
• Notice of cancellation received between 29 days and 42 days (6 weeks) prior to course date, 50% of any fees will be refunded.
• Notice of cancellation received 43 days or more prior to course date, any fees paid refunded.
MITIGATING CIRCUMSTANCES In the event of cancellation, the tuition fee may be transferred to another course/workshop at the discretion of the course tutor.
TUTOR ALTERATION OR CANCELLATION Karen Whiteson reserves the right to alter details of any course should illness or any other emer-gency prevent her from teaching. Creative Writing Courses also reserves the right to cancel a course if exceptionally low enrolment would make the course unviable.
If a course is cancelled, all those enrolled will be notified and a full refund of any fees paid will be made.
